To begin, a choice of fruit juice, cereals, grapefruit segments, prunes or yoghurt

Followed by a cooked breakfast comprising of;

bacon, 2 sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread & egg or any combination of these

or

poached, scrambled egg on toast

or

boiled eggs (soldiers optional!!)

Accompanied by toast, preserves, fresh fruit, tea and coffee (herbal teas available)
